Upcoming Missions Opportunities
We believe that we can make a difference and we want to provide opportunities for our community to impact local and international needs. There are a couple of missions opportunities coming up that we want to encourage you to consider getting involved in.
Kenya Missions Trip
We’re planning to take a team to Kenya in early 2025 to provide construction and education support to one of our long time missions partners, Little Hands School in Naivasha, Kenya. Bernie and Celia Mascher will be here with us on Sunday, June 23 and we’ll be hosting an informational lunch following the gathering for individuals interested in joining the missions team. Registration is required and space is limited.
Ukrainian Camp Fundraiser
Our Ukrainian Ministry team was out in the atrium selling fresh, homemade perogies this past Sunday to raise funds towards a summer camp for Ukrainian families happening this August. They sold out after selling over 1000 perogies, thank you for your overwhelming support!
As promised for those that missed out (or maybe you bought some and will need another batch), they are hard at work preparing more perogies!
The next sale will be on Sunday, June 9. The team will have perogies available in the atrium during coffee and following the gathering for $10 per dozen.
