Soul Kids // December Boxes

In preparation for December and to help us out, there are three things you can do!

First, we want to put together a collection of family favourite Christmas recipes to share with the community. Blow the dust off some of your family favourites and share the recipes with Pastor Andre (andre@soulsanctuary.ca), to be included in the box! Many of us, nay, almost all of us will be staying home this year and making some new Christmas traditions. Why not try some new recipes to accompany those new traditions!

Second, in your box, there will be a series of devotionals centred around an Advent Candle Wreath. I want to encourage part of your Christmas decorating this year to include creating a candle display of some sort for the season of Advent to accompany these devotionals. A quick Google/Pinterest
search (”advent candle wreath”) will give you many ideas of what this could look like. (Our theme for Christmas is Lego, so you could go outside of the traditional look and ask your kids to construct candle holders out of Lego!)

Third, like last month, request your box! We prepared and doled out almost 50 boxes! We love being able to support our Soul kids in learning the Bible, and it helps us to know how many kids would like a box in advance! Use the button below to get taken directly to the request email!
