Sunday in-Person Gatherings: Postponed

In light of the new restrictions brought in on Friday, October 30 by the Manitoba government, we will not be meeting physically on November 1. We’ve long awaited meeting together, but the current restrictions on gathering limits impede our ability to gather as we had planned for this Sunday.

We desire to have our gatherings live and in person, because you and I are created for community with one another. For 2000 years the church has gathered, one way or another, every Sunday. Through wars, plagues and pandemics we’ve gathered to worship and lift high the name of Jesus. Know that we are committed to gathering together physically, but that we balance this commitment with a keen awareness of the health situation that we currently find ourselves in.

We will revisit the prospect of corporate gatherings when restrictions on faith based gatherings are lifted to accommodate a larger number of people gathering in the same space.

Remember that our Livestream gathering time has changed to 10:50am.

We pray for all who are suffering and bereaved. At this time of sorrow we stand together. We pray for God’s mercy and healing for the sick and for health and strength for all who care for them. Amen.
