Christmas Gatherings
CHRISTMAS EVE GATHERINGS
Sunday, December 24 at 10:01am and 4:04pm
You are invited to join us for our Christmas Eve Gatherings where we reflect on the Christmas story through Scripture and song. Each gathering runs for one hour and is followed by a time of connection where we will serve warm beverages and cookies and have a Christmas photobooth in the atrium.
Your kids are important to us and our gathering structure encourages their participation. Activity packs and tabled seating are available for families. Both gatherings will be livestreamed.
ADVENT SUNDAY GATHERINGS
Sundays at 10:01am
We invite you to join us as we observe Advent together in our Sunday gatherings on December 3, 10, 17 and 24 at 10:01am.
Christmas Initatives
The Giving Tree
Each year we set out a large Christmas Tree in our atrium that is decorated with small paper ornaments. Our Giving Tree project is an opportunity for the Soul Sanctuary community to fill the Harvest Manitoba food bank at Living Word Temple throughout the Christmas season and new year. During the four Sundays of Advent you are welcome to take an ornament off the tree, purchase and return the items listed on the back of the ornament, placing them under the tree (by December 31, 2023). Our team will ensure that the collected food, clothing, and personal care items will be delivered to our partners in north Winnipeg.
