Let's Honour the Women in our Community

It’s time to pull out your phones and turn them on selfie mode! We’re calling on the Soul Sanctuary community to join together to help us honour all women in the Soul family as we near the celebration of Mother’s Day on May 10. During our May 10 online gathering we will be showing a “Tribute to Women” video, consisting of video clips shot by kids, youth, men and women from the Soul community. We encourage you to take your phone, shoot a short tribute, upload it and send it our way!

Tribute Guidelines

1. Shoot with your phone in landscape mode / horizontally.

2. Honour a specific woman, or group of women in the Soul community by saying something like:

   “I honour (insert name/group) because of her/their (insert details).”
   ”I honour my Mom because she (insert details).”
   ”(Insert name) is a hero because she (insert details).”
   ”I love/am thankful for (insert name) because (insert details).”

3. Keep it short and sweet, no longer than 20 seconds! Parents/Guardians, help your kids record a tribute!

4. Submission deadline is May 6.

5. Upload the video to WeTransfer using the instructions below.
