God exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are one God, having the same nature and are worthy of the same worship, confidence, and obedience. God the Father exists eternally as the Creator of heaven and earth, to whom all things will be subjected, so that He may be all in all.

The Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, is fully God and fully man. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and by His sinless life, miracles and teaching, gave full revelation of the Father. He died upon the cross as a sacrifice for all people. On the third day he rose from the dead and in doing so now reigns victorious over the powers of sin and death. He will come again to establish His kingdom in righteousness and peace.

The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make humanity aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He lives in every believer from the moment of salvation and provides the Christian with power for living, understanding spiritual truth and doing what is right.

The Bible is God’s word to humanity. It was written by human authors under the supernatural inspiration and authorship of the Holy Spirit. Christian believers today receive spiritual illumination, by the power of the Holy Spirit, to enable them to understand the Scriptures.

Humanity was originally created in the image and likeness of God as male and female. Through rebellion towards God, sin, they incurred both spiritual and physical death. Spiritual death and the depravity of human nature have been transmitted to the entire human race with the exception of Jesus.

Salvation has been provided for all people through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ upon the cross. Christ’s atoning work has been proven by His resurrection from the dead. Those who repent and believe in Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit and receive eternal life.

All Christians are members of the universal church, which is the Body and Bride of Christ. The local church is a body of believers in Christ who have joined together to function as a part of the universal church. All believers are commanded by Christ to love one another as he has loved, and are commissioned to make disciples of all nations by baptizing and teaching them to observe everything that Jesus commanded His disciples.

The Lord's Supper is a memorial and proclamation of the suffering and death of our Lord Jesus Christ. This ordinance of communion is to be participated in by believers until Christ's return.

Water baptism signifies the believer's identification with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection and is practised by immersion.

Marriage as instituted by God is a covenant union of one man and one woman to the exclusion of all others until death.

We believe in the personal, bodily, and glorious return of the Lord Jesus Christ, in the resurrection and judgment of the just and the unjust, in the eternal blessedness of the believer, and in the everlasting, conscious punishment of the unbeliever. At death, believers pass immediately into the presence of Christ.
